Ordering and Payment:
Orders can be made by email or phone. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or check. All orders will be charged at the time of shipping. If we do not have your credit card on file we will call on the day of shipment. Net 30 days may be offered for retailers with an established relationship with Red Robin Ink and a credit sheet.
Turn around and Shipping:
Please allow 1 -2 weeks for delivery Shipping times may vary based on volume and availability. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via UPS or USPS and costs are charged at the time of shipping. We try to ship everything in 1 box, but occasionally additional boxes are necessary. Please contact us if you have time sensitive shipping terms or you would like us to use a FedEx or UPS account number you would like us to use. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Dallas Texas.
Minimum Order Requirements:
Our minimum order is $100.00.
Reorder minimum is $50.00.

Cancellations, Returns and Backorders:
All cancellations must be made in writing with 24 hours of placing your order. Returns are only accepted if defective items are received. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on any unsold seasonal or everyday merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. From time to time we may sell out of a product. Unless otherwise indicated, we cancel the backordered items and ship the remaining product. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
